本政策说明青鸾（Qingluan，网站 https://overseas.nmgtime.com）在用户授权连接 Google Ads 账户时，如何处理从 Google API 收到的信息。
我们是谁
青鸾由 nmgtime 运营，为广告主及其代理商提供已授权广告账户的管理功能。用户在 Google 同意屏幕上授权后，青鸾才能访问对应的 Google Ads 账户。
我们从 Google 获取的数据
- 完成授权所必需的 Google 账号标识，例如同意屏幕返回的账号主体。
- OAuth 访问令牌和刷新令牌，用于在授权有效期内调用 Google Ads API。
- 用户明确授予的 Google Ads 账户数据，包括账户标识、账户设置、投放与效果数据，以及该授权范围允许的消耗和账单数据。
青鸾不读取 Gmail、云端硬盘、通讯录或其他与 Google Ads 账户管理无关的 Google 数据。
我们如何使用
- 建立并维持用户主动发起的 Google Ads 授权。
- 把上述广告数据展示在该客户自己的青鸾账户中，供其查看投放和消耗。
- 仅按用户在青鸾中发起的操作，调用 Google Ads API。
这些数据不出售，不用于评估信用，也不用于给消费者投放与本服务无关的广告。
保存与共享
令牌和广告业务数据保存在青鸾自己的系统中，用于维持授权并为该客户提供功能。海外入口只负责把请求转发到 Google，不保存令牌，也不留存 Google 返回的正文。
我们不向第三方出售 Google 用户数据。仅在提供本服务所必需的托管与安全保障、适用法律要求，或取得用户同意时，才会转移这些数据。
保留、撤销与删除
数据在授权有效、并且该客户仍使用相应功能期间保留。用户可以在青鸾中断开授权，或在 Google 账号的第三方访问权限中撤销青鸾。
撤销后，青鸾删除对应的刷新令牌，并不再以该授权调用 Google Ads API。法律法规要求保留的记录除外。

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Qingluan (https://overseas.nmgtime.com), operated by nmgtime, handles information received from Google APIs when a user connects a Google Ads account.
Data we access
- The Google account identity needed to recognize the authorization.
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens, used to call the Google Ads API while the authorization remains valid.
- Google Ads data for accounts the user grants, including account identifiers and settings, campaign and performance data, and spend or billing data available under the authorized scope.
Qingluan does not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or other Google data unrelated to managing the authorized Google Ads accounts.
How we use it
We use this data to keep the connection the user started, to show that customer's advertising and spend data inside their own Qingluan account, and to call the Google Ads API for operations the user requests. We do not sell Google user data, use it to assess creditworthiness, or use it to advertise to consumers outside this service.
Storage and sharing
Tokens and advertising records are stored in Qingluan's own systems. The overseas entry point forwards requests to Google and does not store tokens or response bodies. We share Google user data only with infrastructure providers as needed to run the service, when the law requires it, or with the user's consent.
Limited Use
Qingluan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and secure the user-facing features the user authorized. We do not transfer it to others except to provide or secure those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger with the user's prior consent. Humans do not read this data unless the user asks us to, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, the data is aggregated, or we use it internally to operate the service.
Retention and revocation
Data is kept while the authorization is active and the customer uses the feature. Users can disconnect Qingluan in the product or revoke it from Google Account permissions. After revocation we delete the refresh token and stop calling the Google Ads API with that authorization, except for records the law requires us to keep.
