使用青鸾（Qingluan，https://overseas.nmgtime.com）连接 Google Ads 账户，即表示你同意本条款和隐私政策。
服务内容
青鸾为广告主及其代理商提供已授权广告账户的管理功能。用户完成 Google 授权后，青鸾按授权范围读取 Google Ads 账户数据，并执行用户在青鸾中发起的广告操作。
授权
你必须是所连接 Google Ads 账户的所有人，或已经得到账户所有人的授权。你负责保管自己的 Google 账号，并对通过该授权发起的操作负责。你可以随时在青鸾或 Google 账号权限页撤销授权。
使用限制
- 不得把青鸾用于连接你无权管理的广告账户。
- 不得干扰服务、绕过访问控制，或把获得的数据用于本服务以外的目的。
- 使用 Google Ads 时，还需要遵守 Google 的适用条款和 Google Ads API 政策。
可用性与责任
青鸾按现有功能提供服务。Google 接口、网络或授权状态的变化可能导致部分操作暂时无法完成。在法律允许的范围内，青鸾对间接损失、利润损失，以及因用户无权授权或无权操作某个广告账户而产生的后果不承担责任。
终止
你可以随时停止使用并撤销授权。如果某次使用违反本条款或损害其他客户、Google 或本服务，青鸾可以停止对应授权的访问。

Terms of Service
Effective date: 6 November 2026
By using Qingluan (https://overseas.nmgtime.com) to connect a Google Ads account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
Qingluan lets advertisers and their agencies manage Google Ads accounts they authorize. After authorization, Qingluan reads Google Ads data within the granted scope and performs advertising operations the user starts in Qingluan.
Authorization
You must own the Google Ads account you connect, or have the owner's permission to manage it. You are responsible for your Google account and for operations made with that authorization. You may revoke access in Qingluan or from your Google Account permissions at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not connect accounts you are not allowed to manage, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use data obtained through Qingluan for a purpose outside this service. Use of Google Ads also remains subject to Google's applicable terms and the Google Ads API policies.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is currently offered. Google APIs, network conditions, or an authorization state can interrupt an operation. To the extent permitted by law, Qingluan is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for consequences of an authorization or operation the user was not entitled to make.
Ending access
You may stop using Qingluan and revoke authorization at any time. Qingluan may stop access for an authorization that violates these terms or harms another customer, Google, or the service.
